This tutorial explains a few options you may be able to use to access Facebook when you find it blocked.
Please be aware that I am not responsible for any actions you take which contradict a company or other policy for use of computer equipment or the Internet where you choose to do any of the below.
This is by far the simplest of all the options. Just point your browser towards the Apple iPhone version of Facebook and see if it works. It is worth noting that this operates much better in the Firefox browser then Internet Explorer. Also this version of Facebook does not have all the functionality of the normal site.
This option will not work if you use Internet Explorer. This is another option were you just point your browser (Firefox) to a different address. Try the Mobile Phone version of Facebook and see if it works. You can only try this if you use the Firefox browser. Please note this version of Facebook does not have all the functionality of the normal site.
Also before this works in Firefox you may need to install the XHTML Mobile Profile add-on by Gareth Hunt.
You can download Firefox for your home PC here but to use it on a system where you are not an administrator you need to take a different approach.
At home or where you can download and install software you will need to download Portable Firefox and install it onto your USB memory stick. Once installed you may need to configure the network settings to auto-detect the proxy of your location. Other than that you should be ready to go.
Please feel free to and I will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible.
